I recently bought a windows vista running laptop and wanted to install windows vista on a different computer using whats already installed on one computer. What do i do?

I am trying to shutdown a computer running Windows Vista Home Premium from Windows XP Professional. I have admin access. The local admin account on the vista has the same cridentials as the xp computer (i changed it to see what happens and it says access is denied) so i know i have admin rights.
I am not interested in third-party programs.

I have recently bought a Toshiba laptop that is running Windows Vista, it was pre-installed. Can i transfer this to my other laptop? If so, how can i do that?
