What is Windows Vista SP2 going to do to my computer?

I have Windows Vista SP1 and i want to update it to SP2.What is it going to change to my computer?

What is going to happen to Windows Vista now that there’s Windows 7?

I have had Vista for about 2 years, and I have had no problems with it really, although many people says it’s really bad. But will I be able to continue using this, or will I have to get Windows 7? Sorry I really no nothing about computers, so I just want to make sure that everything will still be okay.

How Do You Prevent A Windows Vista Computer From Going Into Standby?

I am downloading a very large file using BitTorrent, and – since it’s going to take hours – I decided to leave the computer on all night so that BitTorrent could keep downloading while I slept.
However, I then realised that – if the computer goes into standby while I’m sleeping – BitTorrent pauses its downloading.
So I need to find a way to prevent “standby” mode on my Windows Vista system.
Is this possible?
