I have Vista and my Windows folder is huge, it’s taking up too much space (20GB). I am guessing updates and stuff accumulated. Is this right? What files can I delete without harming the OS? Where can I find this info? Thank you very much.

Like my laptop is originaly windows xp but i upgraded to vista. I want to wipe my hard drive. Will it delete my vista and send me back to xp?

when ever i cut on my pc it does this unless i give it a 12 hour break and then when i cut it on its really slow and i dont know what 2 do anymore i tried rebooting but it wont let me i tried it wont let by the way this is ultamate so plz help…
