If I Have Windows Vista Installed And I Wipe My Hard Drive Will It Delete The Installed Windows Vista?
Like my laptop is originaly windows xp but i upgraded to vista. I want to wipe my hard drive. Will it delete my vista and send me back to xp?

It will kill everything
It will turn it into a useless doorstop!
In 27 years we have NEVER formatted any of our 11 windows!! No need to do it.
We un-install programs but that is it. You might not be able to re-install windows. I see that here way too often!
It causes more problems. It deletes everything! Please do NOT do it. You will be sorry.
If you wipe your hard drive, it means the HD is clean – you’re not going to get sent back anywhere.
Well if you’re deleting everything on the hard drive, there’s not going to be anything on it. Meaning no Vista or XP.
