How to install a graphics driver in Windows 7 under Windows Vista compatibility mode?

1

I have an ati x1600 graphics card which I would like to use with Windows 7 x64, however the only supported driver for this would be under Vista (as I saw on ati’s website). It said that i would have to install the driver under windows vista compatibility mode, how do i do that?
