How Do I Transfer Warranty And Windows Vista On A Computer That I Am Selling?

Computer is an HP and has over 10 months warranty left. Windows Vista is loaded on it and need to transfer software key to new owner.

you dont if it has twelve months then you get twelve months warranty
just have the purchase docket handy if needed
